Zell am See – nature, city and lake in one
Zell am See is a popular excursion destination in the Salzburg region – with views of the lake, the mountains and the Kitzsteinhorn glacier area. The town offers a perfect mix of nature, old town charm and leisure activities.
From Salzburg, the ride takes about 1.5 to 2 hours – with no detours or transfers. Along the way, we can gladly plan stopovers, for photo breaks or short walks.
Once in Zell, there’s time for a stroll through the town, a walk by the lake or a coffee with a view of the water. If you wish, the trip can be extended with a detour to Kaprun, the Sigmund-Thun Gorge or the glacier viewpoint. A visit to the summer pool or a boat trip is also possible.
